I initially created this site while applying for disability, then for Doctor Masterson while we tried to put the pieces together, and left it for everyone who has gone searching for my medical records.
Everything I’ve been able to compile from the bus accident in 1987 until now is in my personal health record which you can download here ... names, dates, numbers. Records since 2008 will be with Associates in Family Care in the Paola office with Dr. Quannan.
Maybe it’s not very exciting but it seems, for now at least, to be necessary.
Looking forward to the day when none of this will matter anymore. Until then…
